Welcome to The AMF Club London. By joining our community, attending our events, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership & Community Access
- Membership and event invitations are at the sole discretion of The AMF Club London
- We reserve the right to accept or decline applications without providing a reason
- Membership benefits, event access, and privileges may change at any time
- Members are expected to conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and integrity
2. Events & Attendance
- All events are private and by invitation only
- Event details, dates, and locations are subject to change
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate our code of conduct
- Attendees must comply with venue rules and health/safety regulations
- Tickets or invitations are non-transferable unless explicitly authorised
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the exclusive and curated nature of The AMF Club London's activities, all bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless explicitly approved by our team in writing via email.
- Event cancellations initiated by The AMF Club will result in full refunds or credit toward future events
- Member-initiated cancellations or changes must be requested in writing to info@amfclub.london
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion
- Approved refunds or credits will be processed within 14 working days
- No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will not be eligible for refunds
We recommend reviewing event details carefully before confirming attendance. Exceptional circumstances will be considered with appropriate evidence.
4. Photography, Videography & Content Use
- By attending our events, you consent to being photographed and filmed
- Event content may be used for promotional purposes across our platforms
- If you wish to opt out of photography, please notify our team at the event
- You may not record, photograph, or share event content without prior written consent
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, materials, and event concepts are the property of The AMF Club London
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited
- Member-generated content shared with us may be used for promotional purposes with attribution
6. Code of Conduct
Members and attendees are expected to:
- Treat all individuals with respect and professionalism
- Refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or disruptive behaviour
- Honor the privacy and confidentiality of other members
- Comply with UK laws and regulations
Violations may result in removal from events, membership termination, or legal action
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- The AMF Club London is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage at events
- Attendees participate at their own risk
- We are not responsible for third-party vendors, sponsors, or partners
- Wellness and aesthetic information shared at events is educational only and does not constitute medical advice
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined.
9. Brand & Partnership Agreements
- Brand partnerships and collaborations are governed by separate agreements
- All partnership terms, sponsorship details, and obligations will be outlined in dedicated contracts
- General terms herein apply unless superseded by specific partnership agreements
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
